mtk4d Platform Use

1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and the mtk4d platform ("mtk4d", "we", "platform"). This document governs the use of all services, products and functions available on the website mtk4d.onl and any related sub-domains or applications.

By registering an account, logging in, making a deposit, playing games or using any part of the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be fully bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the mtk4d platform.

mtk4d operates under international licensing and complies with the licensing requirements set by the relevant regulatory body. All services are provided in accordance with the terms stated in this document.

2. Account Eligibility & Registration

To register and use the mtk4d platform, users must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age on the date of registration.
• Provide accurate, complete and current personal information during the registration process, including full name as per MyKad, an active mobile number and a valid email address.
• Register one account only. Ownership of multiple accounts by one individual is strictly prohibited.
• Not be on an active self-exclusion list or any other gambling restriction programme.
• Use legitimate personal funds and not money obtained illegally.

mtk4d reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including a copy of MyKad, bank statement or other supporting documents. Users who fail to submit the requested documents within the specified period may have their account suspended until the verification process is complete.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

The mtk4d platform accepts a variety of local and international payment methods to make it easier for users in Malaysia. All financial transactions are protected by appropriate encryption technology.

Accepted Payment Methods:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet
• DuitNow
• Online banking via FPX (including major Malaysian banks)
• Boost eWallet
• Cryptocurrency: USDT, BTC and ETH

Transaction Limits:

• Minimum deposit: RM20 per payment method.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM50 per transaction.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours after the request is submitted.

Users are responsible for ensuring that the registered payment account details are accurate and in their own name. mtk4d is not responsible for any delays or failures arising from inaccurate information.

4. Bonus & Promotion Terms

All bonuses and promotions offered by mtk4d are subject to specific conditions that must be met before winnings from bonuses can be withdrawn. Users are advised to read and fully understand these conditions before claiming any bonus.

Welcome Bonus:

• 100% match bonus up to RM1,000 on the first deposit.
• Wagering requirement: 10 times the bonus amount (not the deposit).
• First example: Deposit RM100 → bonus RM100 → balance RM200 → wagering requirement RM100 × 10 = RM1,000.
• Second example: Deposit RM2,200 → bonus RM1,000 → balance RM3,200 → wagering requirement RM1,000 × 10 = RM10,000.

VIP & Cashback Programme:

• Bronze tier: weekly cashback up to 0.2%
• Silver tier: weekly cashback up to 0.5%
• Gold tier: weekly cashback up to 0.8%
• Platinum tier: weekly cashback up to 1.0%

VIP tier upgrades are determined based on the user's betting activity over time. mtk4d reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any bonus or promotion without prior notice. Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts and have an expiry period stated in the terms of each promotion.

5. Game Rules & Betting

The mtk4d platform offers various game categories including online slots from developers such as PG Soft, Pragmatic Play and JILI, live casino, sports betting, cricket betting and other games. Each game category is subject to specific rules that can be found on the relevant page.

• All game outcomes are determined by a certified and independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG).
• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or modified except for valid technical reasons.
• mtk4d reserves the right to cancel any bet or transaction suspected of involving fraud, use of automated software or system manipulation.
• In the event of a technical disruption or system failure during a game session, mtk4d reserves the right to make a final decision based on valid system records.
• Users are not permitted to use any software or method to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other users.

6. User Conduct & Prohibitions

All mtk4d platform users are required to interact responsibly and with respect for all parties involved. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Registering more than one account in order to obtain additional bonuses or to circumvent imposed limits.
• Using automated software, bots or any technical means to manipulate games or the betting system.
• Conducting any form of money laundering or financing illegal activities through an mtk4d account.
• Spreading false or misleading information about the platform to other users.
• Using another user's information without authorisation or accessing an account belonging to someone else.
• Making false and unfounded claims or complaints to the platform or authorities.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate suspension, freezing of account balance and permanent account termination, along with appropriate legal action.

7. Privacy & Personal Data Protection

mtk4d is committed to protecting the privacy and security of users' personal data. All data collected is processed in accordance with the platform's Privacy Policy, which can be found at our Privacy Policy page.

• Personal data collected is used solely for the purposes of service provision, identity verification and compliance with licensing requirements.
• mtk4d does not sell or share users' personal data with third parties without user consent, except where required by law or a regulatory body.
• Users have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data by contacting customer support.
• All financial data is handled using SSL encryption and is not stored on the platform's systems in an unprotected form.

8. Limitation of Liability

The mtk4d platform is provided on an "as is" basis and to the extent permitted by applicable law:

• mtk4d does not guarantee that the platform will operate at all times without interruption, delays or technical errors.
• mtk4d is not responsible for any losses incurred as a result of betting outcomes, technical disruptions beyond the platform's control, or the user's own actions.
• Any financial losses arising from betting activity are entirely the user's responsibility. Gambling carries real financial risk.
• mtk4d is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.

9. Amendments to Terms & Account Termination

mtk4d reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest effective date will be stated at the top of this document. Continued use of the platform after any amendment is considered acceptance of the amended terms.

Users may terminate their account by contacting mtk4d customer support. Any valid account balance will be returned once the review is complete, subject to no outstanding term violations.

mtk4d reserves the right to terminate or suspend a user's account without notice if there is a breach of these terms, suspicious activity, instructions from a regulatory body, or at the platform's discretion to protect the integrity of the service.

10. Applicable Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which mtk4d holds its licence. Any dispute arising from or related to the use of the platform shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation.

If a dispute cannot be resolved by mutual agreement within a reasonable period, both parties agree to refer the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules set by the relevant licensing authority.

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, unenforceable or void by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be interpreted as closely as possible to reflect the original intent of the parties, while the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
